股市几时才会来个真正的大减价? 翻报看到美国的产业可以少过二美元来拍卖(虽然后面还有几百美元税还没有清还), 而在本土却还没有发生过RM2可以买到一间屋子的奇闻吧?

昨天朋友说, 如果股市跌到300点, 他会举债买股. 举债买股会太冒险了吧? 有谁会晓得整个市场到底需要多少个年头才会复原呢? 不过, 如果真的跌到300点, 我们敢进场吗?

这两天看娱乐八挂新闻读到有关明星买房产投资的文章. 有人赚钱, 有人亏. 张卫建好像是在市场很好的时候投资了房产而烧到手的. 还有就连张学友也有份投资那最近让不少投资者损失惨重的雷X公司.

  1. 歪歪,你沒列出你投資的周息率(DIVIDEND YIELD)。

    周息率 = 所得的股息 / 所投資的金錢

    如果周息率高過定期利率3.7%,在這個年頭就算是好的投資。

  2. 以上举出来的,肯定高过3.7%了.因为价钱都跌到很低下.钱太少,想要买的东西太多,歪歪下载了S公司的年报,原本告诉自己要在年假中看完的,结果却花时间去看娱乐新闻:P
