  17. Come on guys, this is just a blog. Nothing to prove that whether she is telling the truth or false. Anyhow, judging from her article, there's no doubt that she's abit stubborn with her so called "own way" of investing. But her "stubborn" style of investment have no doubt that had created so wealth for her.

  18. My friend earn only RM1500 per month, guess how much she save ? RM 1200 !!! The secret ? No housing loan, no car loan, eat at home, stay at home, use family car, petrol always pump by parents, Boy friend pay for her dinner & entertaintment... bla...bla... So, no surprise that the blogger here can save so much money from such a tiny income... ask her to work in kl see she can survive or not with that RM1400.

  19. Definitely she can't gain alot from that kind of "turtle" style investment tactics. I think she don't even know how to use the power of leverage to increase her income.

  24. I think since you are on business now, it is better you do it properly for the first time. Even you are earning RM1400 per month, you should start deducting all your business expenses. This would make your taxable income to be lower.

If you do this from day 1, it would be easier for you later to prove the taxman that these are your genuine business expenses.

Else, next time, when your business grow big, the taxman will come and ask you, why only you "declare the business expense now, and not before"?

For business, a lot of expenses is deductable. You can do it in such a way that you always re-invest in your business, and left nothing to be taxed.
