看到P&O派特别股息,决定把租金分派不高不低的Amfirst Reit给卖出一半,用来换一张P&O。
后来,想到反正都卖,干脆卖完,再把另外一半用来加码1800股的Yi-Lai,以收股息为主。
去年八月买进AmFirst Reit,和现在的卖出的价格一样,所以亏了水钱,只赚了一点的租金分派而已。
* P&O已经破新高,而且也上升很多了。这个时候,歪歪以RM1.70买进,背负住套房的风险更高。所以,奉劝别跟风,每个人要学会为自己的金钱风险负责任。
