Stareit - 租金分派4.0112 sen


昨天收到投资船长的通知下,歪歪才知道Stareit宣布租金分派。而且还比去年的3.2865 sen增加到现在的4.0112sen

这4.0112sen 里,只有0.9233sen 是需要扣10%税,而剩余的3.0879sen是免税的。

第二季季报显示收入上升                                                                     

Quarter Results


The Group’s revenue and profit before taxation for the current financial quarter ended 31 Decemberb 2011 increased to RM16.690 million and RM51.902 million respectively, representing increase of 108.88% and 226.10%, respectively.

The increase in revenue and profit before taxation for the financial quarter ended 31 December 2011 was mainly due to :-

(i) recognition of lease rental income from the lease of the hospitality related properties following completion of the Acquisitions; (ii) recognition of a gain on disposal of CPUs as a result of the transfer of 155,564,250 CPUs to part satisfy the purchase consideration for the Acquisitions, as the case may be; and

(iii) unrealised foreign exchange gain.


从31122011开始,Stareit的资产如下图 ;                                    



希望下一次季报的数字依然是上升的。

惟有等多一季的季报数字,歪歪才能确定高级酒店业务的租金收入,不比高级购物中心的租金收入差。

    我是在bursa malaysia下载的, 通常我只会注意dividend, net profit的几个数字而已。
