Stareit宣布租金分派 - 送给自己的花红来咯

2007开始戒除每个星期习惯性的shopping, ktv和看电影，选择陆续的把存到的闲钱用来买股票。

到了2008年，歪歪知道了产业信托为何物后，就开始把每个月超过一半的薪水加码Stareit，为的就是租金收入。

目前，已经把累积Stareit的目标转去另一只心头后，目的是要为自己的股票组合增加被动现金流入外，还要添加成长好股。

在投资船长的告知下，歪歪才知道Stareit已经宣布租金分派。而今年的数额虽然和去年同为3.2865仙，不过单位持有人所获得却是比去年多了一些些。

(1000x 0.001864) - 10% = RM1.6776
(1000X0.031001) = RM 31.001
total = RM 32.6786

因为歪歪暂时不等钱花，所以所有的租金收入将会存进股票户口，用来作为加码股票的后备金。
