2011年- 投资Stareit租金回筹7.55%

Final Income Distribution of 3.1990 sen per unit (of which 0.1902 sen is taxable and 3.0088 sen is non-taxable in the hands of unitholders) in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2011

期望中的RM0.17特别收入就此破灭了。不过,近几年从Stareit得到的租金回筹率都比定期好,所以歪歪就继续收藏Stareit,继续看看转型后的Stareit会有怎样样的业绩改变。

2011 Interim Income Distribution 3.2865 Sen

Interim income distribution of 3.2865 sen per unit (of which 0.1864 sen is taxable and 3.1001 sen is non-taxable in the hands of unitholders) in respect of the six (6) months financial period ended 31 December 2010

(1000x 0.001864) - 10% tax = RM1.6776
(1000X0.031001) = RM 31.001
total = RM 32.6786

2011 Final Income Distribution

(RM 0.001902 x 1000 )- 10%tax = RM1.7118
(RM0.030088 x 1000) = RM30.088
total = RM31.7998

2011 Total Income Distribution = RM32.6786 + RM31.7998 = RM64.4784

RM64.4784/ RM854(平均价) = 7.55%

7.55%的回筹比自己把钱存EPF还好吧?

Stareit在歪歪股票组合内持股最多,所以每年两次的租金分派都会获得很丰厚的被动先金收入,歪歪把它当给自己的花红。

这笔钱可以选择用来继续加码其它股票,也可以用来还保险,甚至拿来消费。

这两个月有源源不绝的被动收入真的好爽,之前的牺牲享受都是值得的:)

  1. Why not you consider Singapore REIT (S-Reit)?

    Most of their Industrial REIT offer 9.13 - 9.82%, some Business Trust offer more than 8%, some Shipping Trust even offer 9.12 - 13.33%.

    Some more no need to pay 10% withholding tax...

When thing start change , your mind and thinking also need change ,can not 谈恋爱 with shares , also can not just based on branding , Like previous 痛苦的教训 (E.g Transmile vs Reputation Shareholder - Robert Kuok ) , if just based on this idea - Robert Kuok will save and turnaround this company , and then now how ?

    Careful careful need based on fact ( Purposely for New Comers )

    Just a different view and opinion for new followers
