2013 年总租金收入为RM32.35 + RM34.84= RM67.19 

RM67.04/RM880(平均价格) = 7.6%

这一次的租金分派payment date在九月,比去年延迟两个星期。

  1. 1000 share if 1sen dividen is RM10. if dividen 3.0775sen means will have RM30.775. how can 3.0775sen - 10% = RM33.975 ?

    0.7155sen dividen = RM0.007155 (how come become RM0.0007155) ?
