之前几次的租金分派,non-taxable 占大部分,让歪歪好高兴,结果这一次却是相反,变成中tax的占最多。。。
所以,每1000单位只得RM32.35。
2013年,Stareit会增加3家国外酒店产业,歪歪惟有寄望八月Stareit的租金分派有所提升。
