(吉隆坡11日讯)主权基金新加坡政府投资公司(GIC)于上星期三以4亿8200万令吉价格,将双威集团有限公司(SUNWAY,5211,产业组)最后一批的股票脱售,而显示新加坡主权基金已退出其在后者的投资。
据悉,一些顶级的大马政府官联公司购买了新加坡政府投资公司的大部分股份。
约30投资者,其中包括国际买家,收购了该批高达4亿8200万令吉的股票。该股份的每股售价格介于3.20令吉至3.30令吉之间。
行业观察家认为主权基金的投资不再具有策略性,它早期在双威皇冠宝石投资,包括双威酒店和双威金字塔购物中心。并在2000年,它购买了双威金字塔购物中心48%的股权。
消息来源称:“新加坡投资公司有一段时间是想撤退的......这些股份不再具有策略性。”
该投资公司一直设法削减在双威集团所作出的投资,因为它已将其有价值资产注入了双威实业信托(SUNREIT,5176,实业投资托)。
在2010年中旬,双威集团将双威金字塔购物中心,双威度假酒店及水疗中心,金字塔大厦酒店和双威城怡保霸级市场注入实业信托,上市时总值26亿令吉。
新加坡投资公司是双威实业信托的基石,它在该公司首发股中购进了5%股权,然而,其于事后将有关股权脱售。
该投资公司拥有双威城有限公司(SunCity)逾20%股权,在三年前与双威控股合并前,双威城是双威集团的一间产业臂膀。

南洋商报:大股东GIC 沽清退场 公共信托持双威5.02%
(吉隆坡8日讯)双威(SUNWAY,5211,主板产业股)宣布,大马公共信托公司(Amanahraya TrusteesBerhad)晋身为该公司大股东。
双威向马交所报备,公共信托公司通过公开市场,增持了双威8644万2600股或5.02%股权。
同时,双威向马交所报备,主要股东新加坡政府投资公司(GIC)在脱售双威1亿5066万6665股后,不再是该公司大股东。
GIC是通过场外交易完成售股活动,但未透露售价。
早前路透社报道指出,GIC计划脱售双威价值超过4亿令吉的股票套利,将以介于3.20至3.30令吉的价位,脱售所持股权。
周五闭市,双威报3.18令吉,跌1仙或0.31%,成交量396万5000股。
此外,配合建筑业务双威建筑集团(SCG)的分拆上市活动,双威将以2亿5858万令吉,脱售独资子公司双威建筑有限公司(SunCon)全数1亿9395万4000股给SCG。
双威发表文告,SCG将以每股20仙的发售价,发售12亿9290万股新股,来向双威收购SunCon。
委3银行负责上市另外,消息指双威或进一步委任3家银行,负责SCG建筑业务明年5月的挂牌活动。
路透社引述消息,汇丰银行、马银行(MAYBANK,1155,主板金融股)和渣打银行是最新受委银行。
这3家银行将与兴业资本(RHBCAP,1066,主板金融股)旗下兴业银行,一同处理SCG的首次公开募股(IPO)活动。
1728万购双威发展新股
另一方面,双威子公司双威控股,以669万新元(约1728万令吉),认购另一家双威旗下的双威发展私人公司669万股新股。
同时,双威发展向新加坡双威混凝土产品公司,回购2股。这意味,双威发展成为双威控股的独资子公司。

Sunway的成长主要是靠管理层,有能力和经验的管理层不会因为GIC脱售股权,而影响其实力的^^
删除yy的功课又快又多,我可以省下许多时间,喝喝茶,摇摇脚,看着yy帮我顾股(有这样的词?)就可以了。。。。。。。
回复删除是想说近来常走的路多了sunway的牌,应该是好地被sunway买了,等着发展。
当老谢在股东大会说起Sunway Iskandar,除了环境优美,还提到international school, 我就很佩服了。
删除Sunway卖的房产都是高价,有钱人喜欢把孩子送去国际学校,如果房屋靠近国际学校,爱子女心切,就会考虑买该区的房子,方便子女上学。
