业绩出来了，Australia酒店收入依然高，而EPS有稍微的增加，Income distribution也有增加.

现在看到季报里的1.98cents，是因为YTLreit换了租金分派方式，从半年变成每一季。

11Nov 2013 宣布派1.9175cents
        现在则宣布派 1.9786

                               -----------
                      半年= 3.8961（要扣10% tax)

如果下半年也是保持3.8961, 一年等于7.79cents，扣10%就是7.0cents。
