没惊喜,AGM说2014年结束时,Sunway Pinnacle会有70%的出租率,愿将来能够刺激EPS上升一点也好。
要培养农夫精神,给足耐心去守候。
奇怪,不是说要有share reinvestment吗?大概10%的折扣offer,RM3.10的股价就能以RM2.79来认购。
除了Sunway Pinnacle的出租,明年还有Sunway Velocity Shopping Mall开张。
