看看下，好像有点不对。为什么产业大卖，revenue 上升，EPS会少了。

Revenue增加，Net profit却下跌的原因；

For the fourth quarter ended 30 September 2013, the Group reported revenue growth of 21.1% to RM217.9 million. In terms of profit before tax, the Group registered RM26.6 million, compared to RM38.8 million recorded in the same corresponding quarter a year ago. Group profit before tax in the fourth quarter of 2013 excluding foreign exchange losses of RM63.0 million that was mainly due to the weaker Indonesia rupiah rose 130.9% to RM89.6 million

Commenting on the financial performance for the year, MKH Executive Chairman Tan Sri Dato’ Alex Chen Kooi Chiewsaid, “ We are satisfied with the results, having sustained another growth year driven by our robust property development division and increasing contribution from our oil palm plantation operation in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Group net profit has also surpassed the RM100 million mark in this financial year 2013, and we are confident that MKH can continue to excel fromour current position of strength

看看季报资料写rupiah贬值，所以，MKH在印尼油棕业面临外汇亏损。

于是去查一下，rupiah的新闻；

印尼盾超越卢比，成为亚洲表现最差的货币

印尼货币股市暴跌新兴市场又一次陷入恐慌

投资者信心受损，印尼盾跌至新低

印尼的国家赤字，吓跑外资，导致rupiah贬值。

这个因素很难控制，很难掌握。

那么，日后情况更坏，MKH房产业的盈利，会否继续被印尼油棕业外汇亏损而吃掉一些？

有点不安，加上MKH股价在业绩公布就下跌，歪歪决定把无法再掌握的MKH卖掉。
