login Sharefolio看无聊人的资讯,突然看到Stareit派租金的讯息,歪歪还真吓了一跳。
因为Stareit每次都是一年派两次,而且是年头和年中宣布。
难道Stareit也来每三个月派一次?
虽然派的租金1.92sen比EPS1.09sen高,EPS却比去年同季差了。

股友K向歪歪解释depreciation,歪歪还是一知半解^^
现在看到depreciation再次影响EPS,不过,却没有影响 income available for distribution,看来这个depreciation并不那么可怕的东西?_?

删除Depreciation 是资产折旧。没有cash outflow

删除水星也觉得一年发四次比较爽,虽然数额不会因而不同,不过至少部分钱会提早到手,可以比较快循环再用^^
